Privacy Policy

1. Overview

LifeDeck Organizer is a personal productivity and organization application designed to help users manage notes, tasks, checklists, calendar entries, habits, goals, daily plans, reminders, focus sessions, journal entries, favorites, local search and backups.

The app is designed as a local-first application. Organizer content is stored locally on the user's device and is not intentionally uploaded to servers operated by PAINT MASTER PLUS LLC.

2. Information You Create in the App

Depending on the features you use, LifeDeck Organizer may locally store information such as:

• Notes and note content
• Tasks and completion status
• Checklists and checklist items
• Calendar events
• Habit information and progress
• Goals and goal progress
• Daily planner entries
• Reminders
• Journal entries
• Favorites
• Focus timer statistics
• App preferences and settings
• Backup data created by the user

This information is used only to provide the organizer features requested by the user.

3. Data Collection

PAINT MASTER PLUS LLC does not intentionally collect or transmit your organizer content to its own servers through the current version of LifeDeck Organizer.

The app does not require an account or sign-in to use its core features.

The current version does not intentionally collect:

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, precise or approximate location, photos, videos, microphone recordings, financial information, advertising identifiers, browsing history, or device identifiers for tracking purposes.

Information that remains entirely on the user's device is generally not considered collected in Google Play's Data Safety definition because it is not transmitted off the device. Google Help

4. Notifications and Reminders

LifeDeck Organizer can schedule reminders locally on your Android device.

On supported Android versions, the app may request permission to display notifications. This permission is used only to show reminders and related app notifications requested by you.

Reminder information is processed locally by the application.

The app may also use Android system functionality to restore or reschedule applicable reminders after a device restart or application update.

5. Backup and Restore

LifeDeck Organizer includes a local backup and restore feature.

When you choose to create a backup, the app can generate a backup file containing your organizer information. You select where the backup file is saved using Android's file selection system.

When restoring information, you select the backup file that you want LifeDeck Organizer to read.

PAINT MASTER PLUS LLC does not intentionally receive copies of these locally exported backup files.

You are responsible for protecting backup files that you save, copy, transfer or share outside the application.

6. Local Search

The search feature searches organizer information stored locally within the app.

Search queries and search results are not intentionally transmitted to PAINT MASTER PLUS LLC.

7. Internet and Third-Party Services

The current version of LifeDeck Organizer is designed to operate without requiring its organizer features to connect to PAINT MASTER PLUS LLC servers.

The current implementation does not intentionally use advertising, analytics or behavioral tracking services.

If future versions introduce online functionality, analytics, advertising, cloud backup or other third-party services, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration will be updated as required.

8. Data Sharing and Selling

PAINT MASTER PLUS LLC does not sell your locally stored organizer information.

The current version does not intentionally share your organizer content with advertisers, data brokers or other third parties.

Information may leave the application only when you intentionally perform an action such as exporting a backup and then separately choosing to copy or share that file.

9. Data Storage and Security

Organizer information is stored using application storage available on the Android device.

We design the app to limit data handling to what is necessary for its functionality. However, no device or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should protect their devices using appropriate device security features and should securely store any backup files they create.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored organizer information remains on the device until you delete individual content, clear the application's data, or uninstall the application, subject to Android device and backup behavior.

Backup files exported by the user are separate files. Removing the application does not necessarily delete backup files that you previously saved elsewhere on your device. Those files must be deleted separately by the user.

Because LifeDeck Organizer does not currently provide an online user account system, PAINT MASTER PLUS LLC does not maintain an online account database from which account information must be deleted.

11. Children's Privacy

LifeDeck Organizer is a general productivity application and is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.

The application does not intentionally collect personal information from users through a PAINT MASTER PLUS LLC server.

Parents or guardians should supervise device and application use where appropriate.

12. Permissions

LifeDeck Organizer may request only permissions required for enabled functionality.

For example, notification permission may be requested to deliver reminders.

Android system file-selection functionality may be used when you choose to import or export backup files.

Permissions are not intended to be used for unrelated purposes.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when application functionality, legal requirements or privacy practices change.

Any revised policy may include an updated effective date.

Users should review this Privacy Policy periodically for changes.
